Ok, so you have to open slots before you can fill them, and there is a thread about those.
Then we start filling spots via portal so this is the exciting part.

My guess is he wants to play their bowl game but will enter portal. A player can enter portal and still play their bowl game too.

There should have been plenty of tape watching Ulrich punt since their offense was as bad as ours this season.

One comment on “slow” portal signings. Lots of players yet to hit portal due to bowl games. And we don’t want to overspend now when we will want to have enough powder to sign Mateer once he hits portal. Likely will be some big offers for him he’s really good. Once he signs we’ll know how much powder is left to sign others. Lots of good players yet to declare.
