I have a great friend down the street who's 73 years old with heart failure. He's my buddy, and he sometimes asks me to go buy him a head of lettuce and some Greek yogurt. That's it. Lettuce and yogurt. He could probably die any day, but it's got to be Greek yogurt, high quality.
