This speech in this setting made no sense given where we are at this point. The Democrats really have no new ideas whatsoever and appear stuck with this addled old fool as their standard bearer.

If 8% of Blacks and Hispanics flipped to Trump that would most likely give Trump the popular vote, because that would most like cost Biden about 2.5 million votes, gain Trump about 2.5, and then with 3rd party thrown in. Turnout in 2020 overall was at 62% which was way ahead of turnout for most elections in recent memory. Barring anything unforeseen, turnout will probably be lower and after 9 years of trying to make Trump "Hitler", the majority is no longer buying it according to almost every poll.
