Eggs, as long as they stay under 70, 1-2 weeks,when I get fresh yard eggs I don't refriegerate them, anything pickled will be fine as well. My Canadian buddy leaves butter out on the counter top covered for a week. Milk I would toss if it gets over 40-45 degrees.
