Who calls Cops on a guy just because he has no helmet? Either that person is the biggest Karen in the world or there is more backstory here.

Beside the fact that "eye witnesses" are not infallible, there are people that are called on by police for lesser that do not affect anyone at all. Are you surprised?

I don't think you realize how many loony toon idiots there are out there who will call the cops for ridiculous reasons.
