Well I mean they would have to, in order to do a fight with Tank. Can't expect Inoue to go to 140 and can't expect Tank to drop to 130... so it would have to be 135 ish.
Loma wise they could probably just do it at 130 honestly.

That's the Lightweight division limit so wouldn't be a 'catchweight' fight.

There's zero reason to do 134, 136, 137 etc. They can pick from 130, 135, or 140 and fight at the actual division limit.
