Nope. He’s coaching college. Just like Gus Malzahn, who couldn’t win recruiting battles down the stretch because nobody was getting drafted highly out of his offense.

He's not.

However, in order to win the SEC at a consistent and high level you need NFL-caliber talent at your program. When that talent continuously sees players fail to develop and get taken high in the draft, they will take their talents somewhere else.
