Well, St George it is. I look forward to low taxes, good schools, armed perimeters, and parades with bagpipes and delightful European cheeses and meats.

I wouldn't say you'll have lower taxes, just taxes better spent. I'd rather that than cheaper taxes to go to nothing.

Hard to predict how it will all shape out over time, but they certainly will have a chance to make a better community. Let's hope they don't screw it up.
