All 3, Chapelle, Dominican, and Mt. Carmel are good schools, it all depends on which is the best fit for your daughter.

Mt. Carmel is the largest, and most competitive in all aspects. Intense school spirit. Almost "Sorority like" - with cheers and themes, costumes, etc. but the girls love it.

Chapelle is smaller, but I think their faculty has a more hands on approach.

Dominican has suffered the most with decreasing enrollment, while the other two are thriving. Dominican parents have said that administration has a left leaning, woke political agenda, but I do not have 1st hand knowledge of that.

My daughter is at Mt. Carmel and as a Junior, she has had girls transfer in from Dominican every single year.

As with most schools, you'll get out of it what you put in. If your kid is a good student, works hard, and cares - they'll do well and be prepared for college. It's all about personal fit.

Take the tours, go to the open house, let her make the decision and support her.

Yeah, I can tell...

My daughter is at Dominican, I can tell you from first hand knowledge there's no woke political agenda... Where some of ya'll get this idea is beyond me.

Dominican's problem is that's it's a very difficult school and teachers don't to find the time to help students that are struggling, and there's zero programs to help those girls.

One of those being my daughter, she's passing, but has a very difficult time doing so. It's a very demanding school when it comes to academics...
