Here in Costa Rica there are many Americans of some wealth retired here and living a much better life than they did back in the states. I've been here off and on for the last 7 years. It seems like I'm running across more and more younger Americans with financial means showing up here. Keep it up DC. You are going to find yourself bordering on being a 3rd world country if you keep abusing your most loyal, productive, and wealthy citizens.
