The daylight savings issue to congress is like the shopping cart in the parking lot situation for the average Joe. They don't gain anything by doing it, they don't benefit by not doing it. It is simply a small effort to make life a little nicer for everyone for no other reason than its the nice and right thing to do. But they wont, because like was mentioned above, those imbeciles don't give one flying frick about the public, they only care about themselves.
