For those who buy into it, the beauty of labeling something as "systemically racist" is that it doesn't require an ounce of proof. It becomes fact just by saying it. If you try to debate that it's not, you're racist and in denial without any actual proof of that either. Someone's opinion of you (that you're a racist) also immediately becomes a fact, which is why it's not worth trying to put forth any logical discussion.
