How can Biden close the border without the funding and man-power that only congress can approve the funding for? Executive action can only accomplish so much.

I really do feel awful for this girl’s lost future and for the grief her family is experiencing. I don’t think it’s appropriate to turn this thread in such a nasty political discussion, especially here.
