Griff was gifted a hell of a head start when he arrived but I’ll give him credit for raising the floor. One can say he drafts well but for every Trey Murphy and Herb Jones there’s also a Dyson, Kira, and Jax. I will know after the next BI extension whether he’s actually trying to win or not.

Dyson was and is still a good pick. Every team has Kiras and Hayes. But the front office put together a very good team. At the end of the day, that's all that matters.
