Actually, the problem exists at every level. The man hours sacrificed for three hours of playing time is outrageous and growing by the season. Until one has prowled those sidelines for years….you realize the effort put forth to keep the kids in bounds. Solve the problem, I’m sure someone has figured out what the payback is.
The numbers and benefits have all been reviewed.

After all It’s not their money! LOL!
