Don't understand the whole "overachieving" thing.
When you finish number 1 or number 2 in recruiting every single year, anything less than a CFP appearance should be underachieving.
This isn't the NFL, where a coach does the best he can with the players that the front office gives him. In college, the head coach is also the general manager.
