It’s going to be a at least 3 teams from SEC every year. It’s going to be dumb as shite. They want 12 because SEC wins it every year. And that’s not going to change when you have have 3-4 in there every year

How not generous of you. It's expanding to 12 to generate more interest. More teams = more variety = more interesting. Fans of anybody other than OSU, Michigan, Bama, Georgia, Clemson and Notre Dame will get to be included and watch their team maybe make a run.
College football has the least parity at the very top of any American sport. Pushing the playoff to 12 teams will make up for some of the disparity.
