Whether it is our league best 33 SEC Championships in that span or our continued record-setting success in the classroom, we have done remarkable things by banding together as ONE Razorback!

College athletics is in a period of transformative change. The current patchwork of state laws related to name, image and likeness and other issues critical to college sports is untenable and has the potential to fundamentally transform college sports to the detriment of many of our sports programs and student-athletes.

For many of the issues, only Congress can provide lasting solutions by passing federal law. We have been encouraged by the growing bipartisan interest in Congress to address the future of college athletics. There is promising momentum for federal legislation to provide national uniform solutions.

We have joined institutions from across two dozen conferences to form the Coalition for the Future of College Athletics (C4FCA), aimed at ensuring college sports is governed fairly and consistently through forward-looking federal legislation.

We need your help by sending a message to Congress that this issue is important to you.
