Yes, there were questionable calls, but sooner or later we gotta look in the mirror and admit we are straight arse at a certain position group where calling Play A instead of Play B wouldve made a difference. OL cant hold a block or a pocket to save their asses.
Every team doing well has an OL thats serviceable

The offensive output isn't why I primarily want Napier to get an OC.
His playcalling in big games isn't great, but I believe that he needs to focus on big picture issues as an HC more than spending so much time as an OC/playcaller, especially since he isn't particularly amazing at it. He isn't as terrible as some say imo, but he is not good enough at it to devote time and energy towards it that he should be using to be a CEO type of HC.
