So many questions about Arkansas high school football.
Will Quad Sanders be as good as Buck James?
Will Buck James have the same success at Conway that he had at Bryant?
Man! Only time will truly tell. Will the Salt Bowl be the same ol' same ol' with Bryant curb stomping Benton?!

Benton has one of the top running backs in the nation, and he finally committed to the Hogs
Benton was a powerhouse back in the day, it's good to see them on the way back

Defending 6A champ Starkville is #1 in Mississippi, who for the first time has a 7A classification.
Starkville had a weird season last year - started 0-3 in district and then had to win four in a row to even make the playoffs. Then ran the table. They play No. 18 Oxford in the Little Egg Bowl Week 4 in one of the great high school rivalries.
Tupelo is ranked No. 2 to start the season. They had a disappointing finish last year after being No. 1 most of the year with an unbeaten regular season, they lost in the second round of the playoff to Starkville.
Madison Central is ranked No. 8 to start the season and could disrupt a Tupelo-Starkville North State clash - but they fell to unranked Pearl in a jamboree last week. They open the season with No. 6 Ocean Springs at home tonight
In the South, No. 3 Oak Grove and No. 4 Brandon are destined to meet to play who comes out of the North. Ocean Springs is the best chance to disrupt that.
