They do, I got my wife one with the extended mag. Makes it much more comfortable to shoot for average to larger hands.

When I was in federal land, I used basically a bike tire inner-tube and electrical tape to make a stand my trigger hand. It worked like a charm. Some guys at a shooting school I went to were doing it and I tried it, loved it.
