Guys get sold on being part of the culture to change that, and I don't think its as big of a selling point as people think usually. You don't want to be heading into a situation like the last year of Harsin who was a dead man walking at Auburn, but most recruits seem to not mind tougher situations.

A lot of these guys are very confident in themselves and think they will get there either way if they work hard, and the more talented guys are usually right.

There are a lot of reasons I would personally go to USC, Miami, or Texas other than money. That said, getting paid life changing money up front in case you blow your knee up or something should be reason enough for anybody to accept someone's decision. Its not like your guaranteed a championship at UGA, Bama, or Ohio St even if it is way more likely.
