If I’m being honest, Columbia is a contender here. There are much better looking college cities.
But reading the prompt, maybe it’s asking for the biggest shithole city in the SEC footprint not specifically a city with a SEC school.

No…I was looking for actual college town.
If it were SEC footprint, Montgomery, Memphis, St Louis, and NOLA would be battling for top honors.
