Austin sux. Hugely. It’s a liberal shithole city. Texas fans keep trying to hang on to the idea of a beautiful fun town. That’s about a 30 year old fantasy. Truth is, it’s been overrun by California liberals, they defunded police dept. causing big street crime and homelessness problems, the DA refuses to support the police, unbelievable traffic congestion, unrestricted building ruining the old neighborhoods, unaffordable housing, a mass murderer on the loose along town lake, and so much more. The famed 6th street entertainment district is about dodging drug addicts, needles, shite piles, psychotics.

These are all problems that also plague Baton Rouge too though to be fair, and Austin still has a lot less crime.
