What was the reason for awarding UT runner second base in the 9th?

But that was not the sole reason why Cooper was called for the balk. When Morgan attempted the hidden ball trick, Cooper was on the mound, triggering the call against him.

"As soon as they called the balk and I turned around and saw Riley on the mound, I knew we messed it up," Morgan said. "We've got to work on that one a little bit."
