Vandy is really really bad. They shouldn't have beaten any SEC team this year.

MSU and Tenn is the only difference between ours. Tenn blew MSU out already.

As of right now, hard for me to put UF ahead of Bama because they got beat at home against Ole Miss. When they beat Bama in 3 weeks, then I will put them ahead of us.

As you should. But if Ole Miss came out and played Bama like they played florida it would have been a 10pt Ole Miss win.

So bad. Now throw out the "talent" argument. LSU's gonna go into its bowl game 8-4.

seems UGA would be ahead of us also if tulanetiger were going strictly off talent. What were your qualifying factors, tulane?

TT I might could understand LSU being ranked ahead of Bama from a pure talent standpoint. But UGA?

UGA destroyed LSU.

"Talent" is the most overused word in CFB these days. "Talent" just means you recruited well. It's a way to measure the potential of a HS senior and it is very far from being accurate.

I already know what he'll say "Jarrett Lee gave the game away." Even though Bama had 3 TOs and LSU had 4.

And he won't call the Earl Alexander play a gift, that was just a great play by Chad Jones.

did you watch the game? it was actually close despite Lee throwing pick 6's. if lsu had mediocre qb play, not even good just mediocre, they'd be sitting at one loss right now and looking at a rematch with UF for a possible NC berth. RP screwed this team

yes sir. Lee is done for the year, he zero confidence. We all know JJ isn't the answer either.

so TulaneTiger, let me get this straight, you aren't counting Jarrett Lee in your evaluation of LSU?

You are just taking LSU's QB out of the equation and then ranking the teams?

even with jarrett lee as part of the equation LSU beats bama the majority of the time. it took by far his worst game of the season for gumps to squeak by with a win in OT

really? on a neutral field LSU takes 6 (or more) out of 10 from Bama? interesting. so do we get to take away our fumbles and missed FGs? do we also get to ignore penalties? Bama played just as bad of a game as LSU, and still won in LSU's house
