So he's bringing a firearm to someone in the middle of the night to defend themself from what? A female? He couldn't just leave the bad situation and get away from it without use of a firearm? The female he shot had a firearm and tried to shoot Miles?

This is all bullshite, Miller knew what he was bringing the gun to Miles for, and if he pleads innocence put his arse on a poligraph. Nothing to hide right?
