I assume you mean Pruitt, Leonard, and Schumann. The first two could be very unrealistic due to external factors and if Schumann doesn’t want to take a perceived lateral move, there’s nothing we can offer to change his mind.

Being called a Co DC doesn’t mean anything. He is either making the decisions or not. If he is calling the plays and getting the final decision on the gameplan he is the DC.
Moving from the UGA DC job to the Alabama DC job is lateral. The only draw would be because it is his Alma mater, which might not matter to him. I don’t know him so I can’t say that is or isn’t a factor.
