Built a 20x40, 30k but all labor for interior electrical/plumbing/HVAC/finishing work was done by me and my dad.
Had local guys build exterior
20x40 $19,500.00
stick built
Metal roof
7 windows and 1 Metal exterior door
The remaining of the 30k was materials to complete the project. I came up with the floor plan, 3 bedroom/1 bath with walkin shower and washer/dryer.
Living and kitchen is 400 sq feet with vaulted ceiling.
