Everyone that matters, unbiased people from the REF world who are applying the rule to HI DEF/SLOW MO/MULTIPLE ANGLES Replay, agrees it wasn’t targeting.
Biased bucks and jealous haters, who are ignoring the key elements of the rule, disagree.
