A flash in the pan Auburn team or LSU team doesn’t really compare to the Saban Bama teams.

2008 Florida over Bama (Florida wins natty)
2009 Alabama over Florida (Bama wins natty)
2010 Auburn over South Carolina (Auburn wins natty)
2011 LSU over Georgia (Bama wins natty)
2012 Alabama over Georgia (Alabama wins natty)
2013 Auburn over Mizzou (FSU wins natty)

2017 Georgia over Auburn (Bama wins natty)
2018 Alabama over Georgia (Clemson wins natty)
2019 LSU over Georgia (LSU wins natty)
2020 Alabama over Florida (Bama wins natty)
2021 Alabama over Georgia (Georgia wins natty)
2022 Georgia over LSU (Georgia vs TCU for natty)

In 5 of these games during Georgia’s run they had to either face Saban or one of the best college football teams ever in 2019 LSU. Meanwhile in just three games Saban had to deal with either Urban or a super elite LSU team. They even got the benefit of playing a shitty Notre Dame team and knocking out Colt McCoy in two of their nattys

Should Georgia win the natty under this run Kirby would have the same number of SEC titles and national titles and a better SEC record all the while dealing with stronger elite teams compared to Saban’s first seven years
