Heath Shuler was the runner-up for the Heisman behind Charlie Ward and the eventual #3 overall draft pick in the NFL. Casey Clausen had a pretty incredible SEC record in 4 years (14-1 on the road). When I look at how elite a QB is, I consider how they fared at the highest level of football. Shuler was a total bust. Clausen was a backup for one year. Holloway was a CFLer.
