Regardless the whole SEC thing is funny to most of us up here — this obvious retarded troll above notwithstanding — I don’t really feel any affinity towards the other schools in the Big Ten, couldnt really give a shite if they win or lose. In fact, a lot of us hate the other teams in our conference and want them to lose

It’s always seemed to me that you guys get around by rooting for Bama (or Georgia now) and claiming that since Bama was so good (true) that thus the SEC is just so much better, but that really never seemed true to me, idk. I don’t think, take this year, that LSU or Tennessee is really towering above, say, Penn State. I also don’t think whatever mid teams you have like Ole Miss or Auburn whoever are really better than Illinois or Purdue or Maryland etc.

That’s just an outsider perspective though, I wouldn’t expect you guys to agree. I still think overall the SEC is probably better but not by as much as you guys like to play up — and again I still think Georgia is the best team in the country etc

C'mon man, I know you think you're doing some sort of alternative, "objective" take here but you're being willfully ignorant if you're ignoring the SEC's outright domination of cfb over the last 2 decades. It doesn't matter what metric you go by, playoff performances, NFL representation, nation titles, regular season interconference records, recruiting rankings, whatever, the SEC has dominated. I personally don't care too much about the SEC!!! chanting as I'm a Georgia fan first and foremost, but Tennessee, for example, would have kicked the shite out of Penn St. this season when they were both at full strength. You're doing the exact same thing with the Big 10 that you're accusing us of. Ohio St. and Michigan recently are the only teams from that conference that have held their own when it comes to getting to the big boy stage, and even then, they still have come up short when they play an SEC team in the biggest games, as much as the goofball alters on here try to pretend otherwise.
