Yes, they have. A&M was on record ready to keep the game on the schedule before Deloss got all butthurt and refused.
But it’s nothing new. I’m old enough to remember when Texas ducked a previously scheduled season opener road trip to Hawaii because June Jones had Hawaii playing good football.
