Thanks, Boz. I wasn’t trying to draw attention to it. Just conveying that it’s going to be ok. I think about what my dad said when we beat Notre Dame for the NC. Something along the lines of, “I’ve waited my whole life to see us beat them.” That was awesome in itself but he and I started to lay off trying to micromanage Alabama football after that. He lived through both dynasties and the valleys between. Perspective is important. If it makes you miserable then what’s the point. FWIW I’ve enjoyed your posts. On to Ole Miss. I still think Lane is waiting for the job.

My dad said the exact same thing. We went to the game and had sideline passes. He had just had a back operation and was sick from the medication. I’ll never forget he was throwing up into a cup, went to the bathroom, came back and said I’m not missing this and never left our spot again. I’m not miserable per se it’s just when you invest financially and emotionally into this school and you see the raw potential be led by Bob and Pete it’s so infuriating. And I’ll just say it, I know Pete he is a good guy but I can’t defend him anymore…. It’s time for a complete reboot and our dominance to return next year.
