What’s he going to sue them for? Who is he going to sue? Is he going to give up the $15 million to give it a shot?

I think not. He will walk away with what is owed to him and no more

I feel sorry for the guy with 3 kids at home who lays asphalt that gets laid off because of the economy.

I never feel sorry for men who get paid millions to suck arse coaching a game.

Apparently you don’t understand the legal system and institutional liability. It would be easy for a lawyer and investigators to track down those responsible for the rumors and postings, reporters, etc that spread those rumors. Yes, auburn Administrators and several board members and boosters could be involved. And don’t think for a second a good law firm would not go after them. He has 18 months from last February to file suit, as does Clesi. AFTER he is terminated, and the first payment is made is when I would expect the hammer to fall. There is no telling how much Harsin could leave with in his pockets.
