Seems you have a problem with Kirby Smart and doubt his insights and reasons into the task of recruiting and its difficulties.
Ever thought of letting him know your views on the subject? It might save him a ton of energy and worry about something he shouldn't have any concern over.

He doens't care what I think and what I think has no bearing on anyone. We're simply sharing our thoughts on a message board to other strangers. Not sure why you think it should elevate beyond that?
