It was Chip Towers. UGA's made $45 million over the past 10 years with it being in Jax. Only $19 million if it was in Athens every other year.

Kirby is ultra hyper focused on recruiting, but surely he can realize that an extra $20M in revenue can buy a whoooole lot of stuff to devote towards recruiting.
