Virginia Tech would be the most valuable for that bunch as it would give us Washington DC and is in a new state for the sec. Plus they are similar to sec schools.

And NC St is MUCH more of an SEC school than UNC.

But, Atlanta is a bigger market than Washington, D.C. Atlanta is college football central, too.
