Dude can’t coach worth a frick, can only recruit. And yet he’s managed to trick an entire fan base and make himself a millionaire despite that.

He knows he’s got a team full of talented super seniors and experience good enough to win a ton of games naturally. And so all he’s done is play those guys and they usually take care of business…
Here’s the genius part of what he’s done tho. He knows any time it starts not looking good and they get themselves into a game that needs good coaching and leadership; instead of exposing himself for the fraud he is, he just acts an arse and gets himself run…
