I,m no fan of Latoya the Destroya, but what did Mitch Landreau do with this when he was in office? He sat on it. And now, Biden puts him in charge of his $1T+ infrastructure program, and what have you heard from that. He's probably scoping out more monuments to tear down.

He sued to get the $2B. The court case wasn't over and settled until 2016 when Toya took over.
$1B is already spent.
