Who the hell memorializes grass anyways?
No one memorializes grass.

The lawns of that one building (the Memorial Student Center) are a beautifully-maintained, living memorial to Aggies who have given their lives to defend this country. The memorial is not to the grass. It is to brave soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice.

Walking on that grass is equivalent in disrespect to taking a leak on a soldier's gravestone. Would you do that? Is it "weird" or "cultish" to ask that you not do so?

Hank what is both weird and cultish is aggy making the grass some sort of memorial to start with. Grass is to be walked on.

Not unlike hats are to be worn not have aggy giving you hell to UNCOVER.

Sorta like beer is to drink not a ring cleaning station and then drank!

Everything you cult members do is weird cult rituals.
