I've given up on when to expect a ruling. It was supposed to be pushed back to last July and here we are at this July. Now I hear on BR radio that the NCAA has already decided to get rid of the IARP. So, who knows when anything will happen.

Hadn’t heard that, but honestly at this point nothing they do would surprise me.
