Is it worth trying to money whip an established basketball coach.

Is having a top flight hoops program worth a 7 or 8 million dollar a year salary? No person in mind off the top of my head but would dropping that cash help or even be worth it for the return on basketball.

The one target that came to mind to do that and why I asked the question is Jay Wright, but I think Nova is paying him close to that now.

probably not, but the great thing is we can get a great coach for less than $8M a year so there's that

I mean is it your money? I’ve watched more basketball over the years than probably 90% of the fan base but I couldn’t even tough it out the last few years. Seeing Auburn and Bama come from a similar state to title contenders proves it’s possible
