What is the deal with him signing? Have not seen his name talked about anywhere.

Not signed. Going to Juco in Kansas.

He enrolled at Hutchinson CC in Kansas Jan 7th and is working hard to be able to get to Bama. Logic would tell you that he could actually graduate in Dec 2023 and be able to be an Early Enrollee for the 2024 season (since he went the JUCO route because of grades he will have to graduate before he can enroll at Bama)
An examination of the situation would probably indicate that he will not be able to graduate by Jan; since he has had such a problem with the books to begin with.
Not sure when there was a successful Juco back to Bama situation since Pettway. Scooby didn't get it done, Calloway is a year away from trying to get it done (but with the DB/S's in the 2023 class, not sure he will make the cut).. anyway...

Pretty likely he lands elsewhere after JuCo.
