He wasn't drug into the endzone. 88 had his shoulder pad. The runner placed his arm and ball across the goal line not 88. The whistle blew and then the ref trotted onto the field. It's literally right there on video.
We need to quit referring to a foul that wasn't called.
The only debate is was his forward progress stopped. We obviously all have our own opinions on this.

There’s a hell of a pic that was posted yesterday of the Tennessee lineman grabbing the runner by the upper arm and pulling.
