Getting error when trying to open Disney+ on Google TV

Getting an error when trying to open Disney+ on Google TV. All other services load.
I've cleared the cache for the app in GoogleTV and tried uninstalling and restalling, still get error. Disney + does play without issues on my laptop and I can Chromecast to the TV.
I have noticed some delays in loading services and other interruptions such as screen freezing when playing most services. Any feedback and help is appreciated.

I’ve been having the same issue on two Roku smart TVs for a few weeks.
