It depends on how involved he wants to be with the offense. I assume a lot, but we'll see, since he is in a new spot with a lot of new staff and new players. But, correct, his MO has been to bring in younger guys and mold them to what he wants do on offense. Similar to what Saban did with Muschamp, Kirby, and Golding. And what Kirby is doing with Lanning and Shumann.
