I thought I read somewhere anal intrusion is the cure for acne.

I never had acne as bad as Mosely, but accutane does wonders. You take the pills for 6 months and no acne outbreaks for the rest of your life. You also will be a little nutty while on the medication.

I had a buddy who turned legit psycho while he was on it. He is normal now with no acne, but it was weird.

My 12 yr old used that proactive stuff for the little acne he was getting on his forehead and that shite works like a mofo, it is gone.
