I said earlier that I thought if we make it past the Cardinals we had a good shot at the WS. The fricking Gnats are advancing by beating the Dodgers and our season is over. This sucks. Sucks bad. We would destroy the Gnats.

No sense in getting hopes up for the postseason. They own the record for most consecutive playoff appearances without a series win which now sits at an amazing 10.
I'm going to start treating all Atlanta sports like English Premiere League Soccer. It's over after the regular season, there is no playoff. If we win the division, I'm just going to consider us the champions and pretend the playoffs don't exist.

Maybe not fired, but definitely on the hot seat. Starting Keuchel twice instead of Soroka was one of the dumbest postseason decisions ever. And who knows...maybe he felt pressure from the front office. Stupid when teams look at it from a business standpoint of, well, this guy has been in the WS, has been a CY winner, and we're paying a gazillion dollars, so let's start him in game 1, instead of this year's possible CY winner. Stupid beyond belief.
